All employees are entitled to a comfortable and hostile-free work environment. Coming to work is stressful, added stress resulting from sexual or any other type of harassment and/or discrimination slows down production, affects employee and customer morale, and will hurt our business. No one can be allowed to intimidate anyone or cause anyone to be uncomfortable. We are a team. We have a legal obligation to protect our fellow employees and customers if harassed and to help anyone who witnesses harassment.
